Who we are

This website, aimvin.com, is run by AIMVIN DIGITAL, a digital marketing studio in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean AIMVIN DIGITAL.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

When you fill in a form (the footer form, the contact page, the free audit pop-up or the custom plan builder), we collect what you type:

  • your name, phone or WhatsApp number and email address
  • your business name and industry
  • your website or Instagram link, if you share it
  • the services, plan, budget and best time to call that you choose
  • anything else you write in the message box

When you browse the site, Google Analytics records how the site is used: the pages you open, roughly where you are (city level), your device and browser type, how you reached the site, and actions such as sending a form, choosing a plan or tapping the WhatsApp, call or email buttons. We do not see your name in Analytics.

When you call or message us on WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive your number or email address and what you send us.

We do not ask for payment details, passwords or government ID numbers on this website.

How we use it

  • to reply to your enquiry and call you back, at the time you asked for where possible
  • to prepare and email your free presence audit
  • to prepare a plan and price for your business
  • to work with you if you become a client
  • to understand which pages and offers are useful, so we can improve the website

We use your details only for these purposes. We will not add you to promotional newsletters or broadcast messages unless you ask us to.

The free presence audit

If you give us your email address, our system prepares an automatic audit and emails it to you, usually within 10 minutes. To do this, it opens the public website link you shared (or one we find from your details) and checks things like speed, mobile layout and contact details. A founder may also look at your public Google Business Profile and Instagram page.

A copy of the audit report is saved in our Google Drive so we can discuss it with you.

Cookies and browser storage

Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_… to tell visits apart. They can last up to two years. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.

The site also saves a few small notes in your own browser, such as which plan you clicked (so the contact form can fill it in for you) and whether you have already seen the audit pop-up. These notes stay on your device and are not sent to us.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal data. We use a small number of trusted services to run the website and our work:

  • Google: Sheets, Gmail, Drive and Apps Script store your enquiry, send us a notification and send your audit; Google Analytics measures website use; Google Fonts loads the fonts on this site.
  • Hostinger: hosts this website. Like any web host, its servers keep short technical logs such as IP addresses.
  • WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us there.

Some of these services may store data on servers outside India. We may also share data if the law requires it, for example on a valid request from a government authority.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last conversation with you, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we work together, and afterwards only as long as the law requires for accounts and tax.

Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
  • correct or update it
  • delete it
  • stop using it, by withdrawing the consent you gave when you sent a form
  • let someone you nominate act for you if you are unable to

Email aimvin.digital@gmail.com from the address you used, or tell us on WhatsApp. We aim to reply within 7 working days. If you are not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Keeping it safe

Your details are stored in our Google account, which only the AIMVIN DIGITAL founders can open. The website uses HTTPS, so what you type into our forms is encrypted on the way to us. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to protect your data and will tell you if a breach affects you.

Children

This website is for business owners and is not meant for anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to us and we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. The current version was last updated on 26 October 2026.
